    Thank you all for the kind words on the recomp, and for following.

    Next up is an extremely light dose of some Torem I had on hand with an herbal cycle rotation, including:

    50% Icariin
    Shiljait
    Royal Jelly
    Pine Pollen Tincture
    Tongkat Ali
    Cistanche
    SAR Cordyceps powder

    I'll also be supplementing with daily liquid boron and Creatine HCl

    PCT is all herbs. And I've been a keto dieter and lifter for over a year now. Still shredding up. Can't wait to run more, though. Loved how this stuff made me feel.

    What herbs do you have in your arsenal? Looking good too bro. Do you do any kind of replinishment with carbs? Backloading?

    Here's what's currently in my arsenal

    Swanson Royal Jelly softgels
    Swanson 50% icariin
    Cistanche
    Shilajit
    Tongkat Ali
    Cordyceps
    Pine Pollen tincture (currently out and waiting on more)
    Liftmode tribulus
    Bioperine
    Liquid Boron

    I also take Creatine HCl.

    I eat strict keto Monday through Saturday. I replenish carbs on Sunday because it's my cheat day. And no, it doesn't cost me lean mass, strength or stamina. I stay lean and vascular. My digestion is also the best it's been in years.

    My wife and I are both keto lifestyle and love it.

    So you're basically doing a version of Carbnite. How was the adjustment to eating this way? I've been doing backloading for the longest time but think maybe I want to get a little leaner. This may fit the bill.

    I did carbnite for a bit. I'm considering going back to it with really strict macros. I didn't actually lose any weight because I wasn't counting my macros but I leaned out a fair bit and gained muscle. The actual process of carb night is fascinating though, I don't know if back loading is the same but by the end of the refeed my body was literally radiating heat, I'd go to bed feeling a little sick (and farting something chronic. Give the missus a heads up) and wake up feeling lean, tight and - hard -. Like dht cycle level hardness, which slowly went away as I depleted again.

    Holy shit fpr. Thats a sick physique! You should be proud as hell man. Tell me more about liquid boron and royal jelly? I used to take 3mg boron a day and considering going back to it and I know little to nothing about royal jelly. Apart from bioperine and cordyceps I use all of those herbs, I also use prolactrone for my mucuna and he shou wu.
    Cervix stabbing ftw.
