Not sure what's going on over there. I tried for the last 4 months to get responses to CS issues without any replies from BA or Mrs. BA. I told them a month ago that I was done at the forum. Funny thing about the forum being down again is that they sent out a new Purity sales email yesterday.

I really like BA and loved PHF while there, but it seems since DASCA and losing the store in NO, things have spun out of control. I am hoping they can right the ship.
