You can always get the frozen kind or freeze it yourself like I do. I get it from Whole Foods and it tastes just like a frozen yogurt/ice cream. It's a fantastic dessert substitute.

Update: Going to see a prostate specialist on Thursday. Its really hard to pee even though I have to go often. Hopefully my doctor can clear it up like Maxout's did and I can continue with recovery. I am still on my diet and lifestyle habits.

Hope everything went well for you man. Not to be the bearer of bad news, but my doctor didn't clear anything up for me. If anything all he did was give me free blood tests, and he was always upfront with me that while he believed what happened to me was true, he didn't know how to help or what to do for me other than give me some Cialis to get through and hope time healed me. I appreciated his honesty and support, but I'm done with western medicine....I've never had a satisfactory experience with any doctor in terms of resolving anything. I always get something to "mask" my symptoms of whatever I go to the doc for.

Basically what I'm saying is you're better off just sticking your nose to the grindstone than relying on the doc.
