    Keto ice cream

    Keto ice cream:

    1/2 cup coconut oil
    1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup unsalted grass fed butter (Kerry gold)
    2 tablespoon vanilla extract
    2 whole eggs
    4 egg yolks
1/4 stevia cup or natural sweetener of choice
    1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (flavor of your choice, I use peanut butter cookie)

    Step 1:
Beat room temp butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract , stevia , cinnamon, whey protein in a large bowl until thick texture

    Step 2:
Slowly add in one egg at a time while simultaneously using the hand blender/mixer. Once all eggs and yolks are added continue to blend for another 30 seconds then add the heavy cream

    Step 3:
Put batter in ice cream maker and let it run for about 25-30min.

Once it's done , enjoy it!

x2 to this. My fiancée loves to eat ice cream and I never eat any (aside from frozen kefir, which is awesome if you haven't tried that), but I'm definitely gonna try this. Especially since it has protein in it too.

Also, if you want to reduce the caloric density, substitute the cream with coconut milk. I prefer the heavy cream though
