23 years old, PFS since 19. took finasteride for 3 months.

I'm on day 3 of my juice fast, I'll go as long as I can.
meanwhile I'll try to figure out how to import all the supplements to my country.

already two weeks into my juice fast, and some parts of the protocol that I can implement now.

- I'm a little red because of the sun, this is kinda new to me, I over did it. Also I want to sun my boys but I don't have where to do it, I'll figure something out.
- I live in an apartment and for me juicers are better than blenders, way more silent and don't oxidate the fruits.
- the bathmate is fucking awesome.
- I'm using the 15min demo of the Holosync again and again, the full thing is expensive, but I'll figure something out.
- I checked and I can't pass supplements thought customs without being a registered importer. I asked a friend who'll be in the US on January to get me the supplements and bring them in his bag.

I'll fast on christmas night, I'll fast on new years eve, I'll fast until I have the supplements. And then I'll jump on the full thing.

I'm bigger than my excuses.
