Iron Kitchen: Thai Spicey Chicken

Ingredients:


  • 1 Bunch parsley
  • 1 Tsp. black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
  • 1 Tsp. garlic - minced
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Head of lettuce
  • 2 Oz of Thai sweet and spicey dipping sauce




Recipe Instructions:



  1. Put parsley, garlic, fish sauce and thai sweet and spicey sauce into a blender and blend until it is smooth
  2. Combine the chicken and sauce in a small dish and let it marinade for an hour
  3. Add chicken and marinade to a small sautee pan and brown the chicken on medium-high heat for 10 minutes
  4. Plate the chicken with lettuce to use as a wrap. Extra thai dipping sauce can be used for more flavor
