Notes:
Solid workout, great pump and the weights seemed to move pretty easily. Still kind of cautious about to many arm movements so I kept it short and didn't go real crazy with the weight.

Definitely taking tomorrow off, more than likely going to the beach, supposed to be close to 75 or some ****.
