I'd like to start off by thanking @IronLegion for allowing me the opportunity to run their Virtus and Invictus products. This is my first run with any ironlegion product. Looking forward to getting this log started!

Dosing:
I'll be applying .5ml of both Virtus and Invictus twice daily. Once AM and once PM unless told otherwise.

Goals/Routine:
My goal for this run is 100% recomp. I'm very happy with my strength currently and I'd like to tone up a bit in the upcoming months.

I'm currently running 5/3/1 and I've recently come off a 13 week squat cycle in which I made some pretty nice gains. Here's my current rundown....

WORKOUT

Today was cardio/abs. Did 30 minutes on the elliptical and then I did 200 decline crunches/100 hanging leg raises🏻

Dosed another .5ml of each to my chest/clavicle area after I showered. No issues. This stuff dries super fast which is ****ing terrific.

Can't wait for tomorrow, deadlifts/back and maybe some abs. We shall seeeeeeee
