Iron Kitchen: Thai Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 lb. ground chicken
  • 1 Cup basil
  • 4 Thai chile peppers
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Tbsp garlic
  • 3 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 Tsp. red curry sauce



Recipe Instructions:


  1. Sear Garlic, Jalapenos and Thai peppers
  2. Cook chicken until halfway done (2 minutes)
  3. Add fish sauce, red curry paste and stir till smooth
  4. Add basil and cook until chicken is done and basil is wilted
