Iron Kitchen: Thai Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb. ground chicken
- 1 Cup basil
- 4 Thai chile peppers
- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1 Tbsp garlic
- 3 Tbsp fish sauce
- 2 Tsp. red curry sauce
Recipe Instructions:
- Sear Garlic, Jalapenos and Thai peppers
- Cook chicken until halfway done (2 minutes)
- Add fish sauce, red curry paste and stir till smooth
- Add basil and cook until chicken is done and basil is wilted
