    is this pfs or pure fear and anxiety

    hello
    info about me: i am 25 years old training since i was 16 competed in bodybuilding at 23 did 2 cycles last cycle was for Arnold Classic 2014 it was a harsh cycle after 8 months i shed alot of hair doctor told me about finasteride and minoxidil but i was scared to take fin in that time cuz as bodybuilder dht is my friend fast forward to 2016 got dht tested it was higher than range lol but still afraid of fin until last November 16 i was nw3 with a diffuse in top of my head so i had to try it.
    took it for 3 days noticed sides from day one I wasn't feeling horney like always went into parnoia masterbating 2-3 times a day for those 3 days I noticed i am not hard like i used to stopped first month off the drug was getting panic attacks deep depression cuz i was spending half my day ever hair loss fourm reading every story lol i saw this pfs i thought i am fucked for good i did all kind of blood test for 2 months my total t is higher than range free t in mid range dht in higher end prolactin in range estro in range about 30
    i was happy with my tests but i still feel like shit still afraid i will crash end up with .1 test keeps up at night don't sleep more than 3hr afride to masterbate even when i want to cuz all i focus on is my ererctions strength
    what should i do its been 3months i get morning ererctions some times strong some times not is this nean i have ED?
    about water fast i am 9% body fat so i will lose muscle if starve my self and train aslo i dint have access to the herbs but from my experience will they do any thing for someone with a higher testosterone ?
    is this pfs or pure anxiety paranoia fear?

    Sounds just like anxiety/fear man.

    The fact that you're waking up with morning wood still to this day is a VERY good sign. You obviously haven't been hit with erectile dysfunction yet. I think your lack of erection strength is likely do to how much you're thinking about it. Believe me, if you think about your erection strength too much... whether it is too hard or too soft... you will build up extra anxiety which does not help your erection in the heat of the moment.

    I couldn't tell exactly what you were saying about your sleep, but let's just say this; If you are sleeping regularly about 7-8 hours still, you haven't lost any muscle, and you still want to have sex often/get erections often, than you likely do not have PFS. You took it, read the stories, and freaked yourself out, but honestly man, it doesn't sound like you caught it.

    Consider yourself lucky my friend! Move on and live your life to the fullest!

    as for my sleep ii was ok i sleep 6 hr but the last month I sleep 3-4 maximum thinking about pfs or wake up to check if i got ererctions if they were bit soft i dont go back to sleep just sit there thinking how they used to feel
    i wm a virgen never hold a girl hand lol so I relife myself with masterbating once a day or every other day i could edge for an hr lol but now its not fun any more I just keep checking my ererctions strength
    should I start the program with out the herbs or just forget about this experience and log out once and for all I only took for 3 days I handled a harsher drugs before never noticed ED in my last cycle i was 5%bf 83kg my esrto levels were super low but I didn't fealt like this maybe i was focusing more on winning and bring a good package to the stage

    You honestly don't even sound like you have PFS to me man.

    You sound like you've been yanking at your good ol friend a bit too much and are probably growing tired of it, thus lack of erection strength. That's like guys who watch the same porn all the time and then wonder why it's not as fun after a while. PLUS, you're not sleeping enough by thinking you have PFS all the time. Lack of sleep = Lower testosterone.

    Let's just put it this way brah; If you don't have muscle atrophy, lack of sleep regularly, eye twitches, shrunken balls or dick, loss of sex drive, loss of energy, or a fcked up face from this, than you likely don't have PFS and it's all in your head.

    I honestly don't think you have PFS. You could take the herbs to boost your test and make you feel great, but honestly I think this is all in your head right now.

    My side effects were alotttt worse than yours though

    Shrunken genitals, muscle atrophy, eye twitches, fat being sucked out from under my eyes, dry skin, sleep loss, and lack of mental clarity.

    Stop worrying. From what you told me, you've suffered practically nothing. It sounds ALLLL mental and most to do with you overmasturbating.

    what do u mean by shrunk genitalas? like shrunken peins? how is that possible after 2 pills? how old are u?
    i am having lack of sleep right now for dont know y really is it fin or i keep thinking that i crashed?
    i want to start the protocol but i dont have access for the herbs

    It's possible that you were effected. There are plenty of stories of guys who took a few pills and then everything went to shit. The worst thing you can do is panic and get into a circular thought process which doesn't let up. This is enough to cause your cortisol to shoot through the roof causing shut down.

    Do yourself a favor.
