    Been a long time coming! Overwhelmed and don't know where to start.

    First of all, nice to meet all of you! It took me years to get here!


    About me-


    Started taking propecia from a month before i turned 17, all the way till age 25. 30 years old now. I started suffering from the side effects of propecia by the time i was 18 in a half years old. The main side effect i got is sexual dysfunction. While the secondary sides are occasional brain fog, slight anxiety, and a rotating sleep schedule known as "non 24 sleep disorder". I did however, have my first ever temporary 70% recovery back in november 2016 from prolab's horny goat weed, along with less masturbation. This lasted for about 2 weeks. Through all my trials and tribulations over the years, i finally became 100% aware that it was PFS about 2 months ago.

    Been on solvepfs for a good month now. A long time before that, i used to google things alot. I finally found my way here because i've been a bodybuilding and fitness enthusiast my whole life, and have been athletic and in great shape my whole life, and I realize that these things are very related to curing PFS. They are literally tied in! After some time on solvepfs, and doing my research, the type of recovery/protocol that began to make the most sense to me is that of CDNUTS. The two are literally tied in, and in everyway relate to my life goals in general. I saw his recovery years ago, but i didnt get it then, because i just wasnt at this point yet then.

    Its all beginning to naturally make alot more sense to me now. I just have some questions, and ill make them simple, because i dont want be the 8 millionith person to ask the same damn questions.

    Water fasting- makes alot of sense actually. but how do you go so long without food... couldnt you die from starvation? (well obviously not if people have been doing it). And how do you cope with water fasting while still working a job, and other things like that?

    And bodybuilding- I've always had my own routine that has given me an incredible physique. I go by a body part or 2 a day routine, and i do this monday through saturday. It works very well for me physique wise, but cock-wise obviously not, due to pfs. But I am even worse sexually ive noticed, when im not on my gym routine. And many times, my gym routine has seemed to increase my test. You can feel it immediately. Would i have to change my program? I'm willing to if i have to.

    Doctors have never helped me. I'm done with them. Only I can help myself. And other pfsers and recovered pfsers. I don't have detailed bloodwork results like ive seen from alot of other people on the forums. I've only had my test levels measured twice in my life. Once at 22 where i was 646 total serum testosterone, and once at 30, where i was 605 total serum testosterone. These labs only showed total test and nothing else. And my doctors won't let me take a testosterone test at my own leisure.

    I'm also into trying certain neurosteroids and prohormones to help.

    Ready to end this shit once and for all finally! It is my main priority in life!

    By the way, I live in Florida, and if some of you happen to live near me, i would love to meet up in person!
