Iron Kitchen: Parmesan Chicken With Sauteed Tomatoes

Ingredients:



  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 cup of parmesan (Grated or Shredded)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tomatoe
  • 1 tsp. garlic


Recipe Instructions:



  1. 1 cut tomatoes into wedges
  2. Sautee in pan with garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. Dredge chicken into egg (both sides) then coat with parmesan
  4. Place chicken breast onto HOT non-stick pan and sear till golden brown
  5. Place chicken into pre-heated oven at 350 and bake until cooked thoroughly (10-15 minutes)
