Iron Kitchen: Teriyaki Beef With Sauteed Chard

Ingredients:


  • 225 Grams of Sirloin
  • 3oz Soy
  • 1tsp Sweet Serum
  • 3 Leafs of chard
  • 4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oil


Recipe Instructions:


  1. Heat oil in medium heat - add garlic
  2. Add chard and continue to move till fully wilted then remove from pan
  3. In seperate pan add Sweet Serum and Soy until it comes to a light bubble
  4. Add your sliced sirloin steak cut in about 1/4'' slices
  5. Flip constantly, be sure to not let them get too dried out [4 Minutes]
