too much video gaming actually lowers testosterone levels... not only have i read up on it, but ive felt it too. as a kid i liked video games alot, and as a teenager too. for awhile in my 20s i stopped playing, but then in my late 20s, i got big into tekken because it was one of my older favorites, and the new ones like tekken 6 and Tekken tag tournament 2 were all on ps3/xbox, and you could finally compete online. so i got big into the online competition aspect of it. my dick always felt like a noodle when i would be so into the game! play for 3 hours, and feel this weird light-headed feeling after it. i would take breaks from the game too. now im completely done with it, and the online gaming. have bigger priorities at hand. lol. sorry i went off topic

Never had that issue, although not saying it is not true. Porn never bothered me either even steroids didn't in regards recovering from PCT so easily, just fucking an FDA approved drug (fin) that is the only thing that ever affected me negatively. It is probably from the dopamine downregulation that it could lower testosterone especially playing for long periods of time. Early in college, I always wanted to develop a bodybuilding supplement for gamers lol specifically focusing on dopamine and gaba along with a small amount of acetylcholine precursors.

For sure, BEFORE finasteride/propecia, i could play a video game for as long as i liked, and it would never affect me, but while being in PFS state, definitely! especially when youre really playing hard, competing online, and your eyes are glued to the tv screen. so bad...

it seems to only happen if you're playing a fast paced game, for a long time, like a fighting game, and actually competing online. like tekken or street fighter. to get to good level in THOSE games online, it takes so much, and i would actually sit 1 foot away from my tv screen, just so i can compete at good level. the brain rush from competing online. thats what i think lowers something in our systems. when youre into it like that, thats when i think it affects me. if you're just relaxed on your couch, playing casually, it doesnt seem to affect me.

Just to let you guys in on this...

This Youtubing stuff has really been a fun hobby for me... hopefully it helps elevate my PFS anxiety and/or other things
Think I'm gonna keep it up
