Iron Kitchen: Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 1 Large onion - diced
  • 1/2 Lb white mushrooms
  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 Tsp. salt & pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chives
  • 2 Tsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Cup chicken broth




Recipe Instructions:


  1. Sautee mushrooms and onions in a pan, once soft remove the mushrooms and onion
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees
  3. Add the chicken broth, chives, parsley, mushrooms, dijon and chicken to the pan and slowly sautee all the ingredients
  4. When the chicken turns a light golden brown remove from range, add the mushroom and onions and place into oven for 10 minutes
