    Opinions on Tempeh (fermented soy)

Is organic Tempeh something we should be eating or avoiding? In terms of leaky gut and hormonal reasons.
Obviously it contains beneficial probiotics, but some say it impacts estrogen, or is that just conventional GMO Soy? And it's also a common allergy food it seems.

i heard/read somewhere that soy is bad for a man's libido. I don't remember where i read or heard it from, or if it was even a valid source, but yeah, i personally try to stay away from it.

Soy increases estrogen. So it's best to cut it out of the diet, I feel. I do my best to keep it to a minimum.

Avoid soy at all costs. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. There are much better options when it comes to fermented foods.

Before I had pfs, I used soy milk on my cereal for a few days. This was when I was 20 and had no issues at all. My dick stopped working completely. I was in shock. I stopped the soy, and everything returned within a week.

Don't beat yourself up. You've taken action and eliminated it now. It was likely only a very small amount so it's not like drinking gallons of soy milk.
