Iron Kitchen: Fiery Salsa

Ingredients:




  • 3 jalapeno peppers
  • 2 white onions
  • 2 Tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp black pepper
  • 7 Oz canned green chile peppers
  • 1/2 Cup cilantro
  • 7 Cans of diced plain tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 limes
  • 2 habaneros


Recipe Instructions:


  1. Dice all ingredients
  2. Put all ingredients (except the lime) into a large mixing bowl
  3. Cut the lime in half and juice the lime into the bowl
  4. Stir ingredients and let the salsa sit covered, over night
