How much more of the tincture? you may have a good point. i only use the recommended dropperful (30 drops) 2x a day. i feel it more when i put it under my tongue because its 40% cane alcohol, but i thought i might need a little bit more myself.

mondays is my ashwagandha day. I go hard on it. I use powder though. But i use like 21 grams sometimes lol. helps knock me out for sleep.
