    PFS and milk

    Hello everybody!
    I just started the regime, im done with the 14 days juice feast.
    Im wondering about its okay to drink milk while PFS?

    I wouldn't drink conventional milk, the stuff thats in there is nasty.
    Assuming you can tolerate dairy and your digestive system is pretty good, you might be OK with organic, preferably grass fed, raw and fermented dairy is the best (kefir etc)
