Iron Kitchen: Thai Curry Beef

Ingredients:



  • 1/2 Lb. top sirloin steak
  • 5 Slices of white onion
  • 3 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger
  • 2 1/2 Tsp. coriander
  • 1 Tsp. cumin
  • 1/8 Tsp. turmeric
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro



Recipe Instructions:



  1. Put water, onion, garlic, ginger and dry herbs into a pan.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Dice the top sirloin into small cubes (1/2 - 1 in).
  4. Simmer the meat for roughly 10 minutes and make sure it stays covered.
