Ingredients:
- 1/2 Lb. top sirloin steak
- 5 Slices of white onion
- 3 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 2 1/2 Tsp. coriander
- 1 Tsp. cumin
- 1/8 Tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 3 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
Recipe Instructions:
- Put water, onion, garlic, ginger and dry herbs into a pan.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Dice the top sirloin into small cubes (1/2 - 1 in).
- Simmer the meat for roughly 10 minutes and make sure it stays covered.
