Iron Kitchen: Parmesan Bleu Cheese Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 Cup bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 Tsp. salt


  1. Blend together bleu cheese crumbles, parmesan cheese, heavy whipping cream and salt in a small food processor
  2. Be sure to only pulse for 10 seconds until the mixture becomes thicker, but not too thick.
