Ingredients:
  • 1 Pork chop
  • 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 Oz. olive oil
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 Tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tsp. thyme



Recipe Instructions:


  1. Combine all ingredients into a zip loc container and let the marinade sit with the lamb for one hour
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees
  3. Place the lamb with the marinade in a oven safe pan and cook for 15 minutes
