This is a couple weeks in...
Not the most flattering lighting, but you get the idea.
6'4" 220 ... I have to start eating a lot more though. I'm way lighter then I should be at this point. I've been skipping meals and working instead. That's going to stop. I could probably be five or more pounds heavier had I been eating correctly for this cycle.
I'm going to start preparing food on the weekends so that I have it ready during the week. This will stop me from skipping meals when I can just grab something already made.
