Iron Kitchen: Parmesan Lamb

- 1 Pork chop
- 1/4 Cup parmesan cheese
- 4 Oz. olive oil
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Tsp. oregano
- 1 Tsp. thyme
Recipe Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a zip loc container and let the marinade sit with the lamb for one hour
- Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees
- Place the lamb with the marinade in a oven safe pan and cook for 15 minutes
