Iron Kitchen: Raspberry Pork

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 Tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 Pork loin chops
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil


Sauce:

  • 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juicec
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • Pinch of thyme



Recipe Instructions:


  1. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet on high heat
  2. Sear each side of the pork loins until they are a light golden brown
  3. Place pork loin chops in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
  4. In a separate sauce pan add the raspberry jam, orange juice, white wine and thyme
  5. Bring the sauce to a boil for roughly 4 minutes until it runs thick
