Ingredients:
- 1/2 Tsp. thyme
- 1/2 Tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
- 2 Pork loin chops
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Sauce:
- 1/2 Cup Raspberry Jam
- 2 Tbsp. orange juicec
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Pinch of thyme
Recipe Instructions:
- Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet on high heat
- Sear each side of the pork loins until they are a light golden brown
- Place pork loin chops in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- In a separate sauce pan add the raspberry jam, orange juice, white wine and thyme
- Bring the sauce to a boil for roughly 4 minutes until it runs thick
