Iron Kitchen: Fiery Shrimp

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 Lb. Shrimp (26-30 count)
  • 1/4 Cup olive oil
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes


Recipe Instructions:
  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and garlic in a small bowl and add the shrimp
  2. Let the shrimp marinate for at least one hour
  3. Using metal skewers, skewer the shrimp and place onto the grill, which is set to high heat
  4. Cook the shrimp until they are opaque
