Iron Kitchen: Fiery Shrimp

- 1/2 Lb. Shrimp (26-30 count)
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1/2 Tsp red pepper flakes
Recipe Instructions:
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice, red pepper flakes and garlic in a small bowl and add the shrimp
- Let the shrimp marinate for at least one hour
- Using metal skewers, skewer the shrimp and place onto the grill, which is set to high heat
- Cook the shrimp until they are opaque
