Lost Empire Herbs is now selling a Gelantized version of their Maca which I'm pumped to try....Maca gives me some of the best effects but is definitely tough on my digestive system so this new formula looks awesome... Just thought I'd share

I tried it. It's good stuff, sits with you well and it makes you feel great.

Maca made me feel like straight ass when I tried it. I binned it. It's a shame, since it's so cheap.

Maca makes me feel really sick for a couple hours after taking it but after the sickness passes its one of the herbs that has given me the best libido/energy. The sick feeling has been bad enough I wanted to take it out so hopefully the gelantized version will take some of the edge off.

i used maca daily even before i crashed. love the taste. gelatinized is more bioavailable. I can't say i really notice effects from it though.
