    I'll have to look into this. I've been trying to learn how to meditate for the last 3 days! Been frustrated! I need it! Ive been doing alot of breath work, and can positively say that ive mastered it. But meditation is really important to me right now. Thanks for posting this.

    english and cdnuts use holosync.

    I use binauaral theta waves that you can rip from youtube. helps get your body into meditation state faster.

    I have holosync and will probably start using it soon
