Iron Kitchen: Soy Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 1 Tsp Sweet Serum
  • 1 Tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp ginger
  • 4-5oz salmon fillet

Recipe Instructions:


  1. Mix the dijon, soy sauce, ginger and Sweet Serum into a small mixing dish and stir until smooth
  2. Pour the glaze over top the salmon in a small sautee pan
  3. Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Pull the salmon out every 3 minutes and use a spoon to ladel the sauce over the top
