Iron Kitchen: Soy Mustard Salmon

Ingredients:
- 1 Tsp Sweet Serum
- 1 Tsp dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 Tsp ginger
- 4-5oz salmon fillet
Recipe Instructions:
- Mix the dijon, soy sauce, ginger and Sweet Serum into a small mixing dish and stir until smooth
- Pour the glaze over top the salmon in a small sautee pan
- Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Pull the salmon out every 3 minutes and use a spoon to ladel the sauce over the top
