Ingredients:




  • 1 Can coconut milk
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 Tsp Red Curry Paste
  • 3 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp Sweet Serum
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper


Recipe Instructions:


  1. Heat curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce and sweetener in a skillet
  2. Once boiling add chicken and rotate until chicken is cooked thoroughly
  3. Add peppers and cover till the peppers are soft and cooked through
