Not only is it the most disgusting version but in my opinion the least effective.

I've used the powder before. The taste didn't really bother me. The taste that bothers me the most is the tongkat but that's the most androgenic herb so I take that shit like medicine.

I'm doing overall pretty well guys. When I got dodgy on sleep hygeine eg) sleeping to late the sleep gets dodgy again but if I stay deligent I usually only wake up like once or twice for 15 minutes.

libido lags the most but I can have sex on command like 95% of the time just takes a little longer to warmup.

still have that whole in head in feeling and my face isn't completely the way it used to be but I'm gunna experiment with drinking two coffees like I used to before i crashed and upping my water to perhaps lower the water retention in face (though this has definitely improved as well)

mentally/memory I'm like 100% more often than not. Sometimes I have little mental lapses but those are getting less and less.

Can't wait for this to all be over

Hoping soon cuz I want to go to Montreal to party in mid February and it's a bit of a wild trip. Will probably stock up on phenibut rather than drink even if I am fully recovered by then cuz alcohol is one of the worst things to use for pfs.
