    I think that's pretty much it. Which is saying a lot because I had like 30+ symptoms when I first crashed

    what did you use for sleep at your worst insomnia?

    im going through 1+ weeks of horrible sleep atm

    nothing helps even nyquill. im awake some nights till 5AM

    have you tried the stuff in the protocol? im scared of taking glycine cause of that one guy

    not sure if it's a pfs thing or a bathmate thing. I love using bathmate pre sex for girth gains. I do have a bit of discolouration on the head of my penis. like kinda like a bruise. maybe lay off for a while like 2 weeks? wouldn't cause anything perma fucked up right? libido is still lowish but it's decent like I can do 3x a week with days in between but not multiple rounds yet xept sometimes I can on upswings which it's not a libido upswing. I use seriphos too which has choline i think right, don't think helped with sensitivity. sensitivity just basically goes up on upswings tho generally and from not ejaculating too much

    the niacinamide is still working for sleep and it's been a week sleep is like 95%+ with supplementation for a week. so think I possibly locked it in with supplementation.

    could only sleep 5 hours last night. laid in bed for an hour, meditated before I just got up. Still niacinamide worked 9/10 days so far so hopeful for tonight it keeps working.



    could also be cause I head whey protein before 3 hours bed. stopped taking b6 and b complex in the morning. or could just be a random down swing.



    I try to reframe it as having more time in the day. which it is.

    anyone have tips on how to lose 5-10lbs. I find my default hunger makes me a tad plumper then I like to be. I feel I look best at around 158-163 pounds but right now I'm about 166-170lbs.

    should I up the weights a tad more at the gym so instead of losing weight I burn the fat into more muscle?

    should I just cut the calories by a tad and eventually my body will accept the new default?\

    should I drink a bit more coffee to blunt my appetite?

    should I accept my new weight as it's not exactly fat. I'm 6'0 183cm so it's more just a medium build but I like being more on the slim side. I just feel way more attractive when I'm slimmer face looks better and torso feels sexier. When I felt peak attractiveness to opposite sex too it was at this lower weight my confidence is way different at the lower weight. Especially with pfs I feel my face still gets more puffy then it used to with the extra weight but the few times my weight fluctuates down I'm pretty happy with my body composition.\

    I can also just use my willpower and do a sorta intermittant fast but I'm starving by dinner time and condense my eating window. not sure how sustainable it is but I think I can pull it off. I did it yesterday and already feel better.

    very frustrating. sleep is still fucked. I got 5 hours last night. want more. I fall asleep fine but can't get that last 4 hours sometimes. niacinamide seemed to work but hasn't been past 3 days.

    went out to a club and I think it kinda takes a lot outta me. it's best if I don't do anything too stimulating 4-5 hours before bed. nights i go out to a club etc. I always have a rough sleep even though I don't drink or do drugs.

    sunlight seemed to help with sleep a tad but still not enough to my old sleep sigh. hope can get this fixed crazy i've had insomnia for a year and 3 months!

    does seem extremely stubborn. can't tell if it's improving further or not. debating whether to keep cycling andro/herbs cause this is my 4th cycle already or just start TEI.

    my original plan was this protocol till september so 2 years doing protocol dilligently and then if not fully recovered do TEI. Or maybe finish cycle. cycle herbs 2 more months for PCT and then do TEI (which would be like february instead of september) Champster took 2.5 years to fully recover though wonder how many cycles he did. was kinda hoping that 4 would be the magic number as that's what goes maxout and cdnuts over the line but I think I'm a bit more behind than were they were when they recovered.

    Mentally like 99% (slight slowness when I don't sleep well but I think i'm basically back to normal)
    physically 99% (still have a spasm in jaw but face looks the same when I'm at my proper weight)
    libido 50%? (I used to want to cum like 6-7 times a week now it's more like 2-3)
    sleep 70% (with sleep aids I sleep okay 5/7 nights eg) 5 nights I'll sleep 8-9 hours total with like 1-2 wakes and twice a week i'll just be able to get 5 hours sleep and not be able to fall asleep again even though I can tell I need more)

    so round that out and it's like 80% maybe. the libido and sleep are very stubborn but there does seem to be up and downswings? not sure though cause also seems i've been at this level a looooong time hmm

    I feel that, Jack. I think you and I are in a very similar place. Just remember that this is the toughest part because the improvements are more subtle. Keep it up and you'll get there.

    & as far as your frustration goes, just stick to it dude, if I was where you was at I wouldn’t even bother being on the forum tbh. Keep that perspective always. If it takes 8 Damn cycles so be it. It took CD & Maxout 4 cycles, yoir not them, your own your own time dawg..your doing a big mistake in comparing..

    You and Master Mal are In that place that I wanna be in..I’m not even thinking about my dick or libido bro, if I can be 100% sharp mentally & physically ill be outta here.

    It’s been around 6-7 months for me so far, & I haven’t tried a cycle yet. January is the plan. I know I keep pushing it back, I’m just trying to build a very good base with herbs. God willing when I start the cycle since I’ve been building up for some time it hits me pretty good. But I have improved mentally & energy wise. Haven’t touched caffeine at all yet.

    it's a thing some guys think is the cure for pfs on hackstasis. you take a hair test after 30 days of no supplements or hormones and see where your baseline is. from there it tells you which mineral ratios are outta wake and potential put you back into balance.

    Do what you want man but I think you gotta just stick to the game plan. my opinion. I was at hack stasis a while back when I first crashed & that shit just confused me. Never went there since.
