Sexual symptoms improving again after the down period for a while so happy about that. Hopefully I can reach a new baseline in the next few weeks . New herbs hopefully arrive soon.

I think its better to stick to the herb list but if you feel you must try it out,
I suggest you limit it to only once or twice a week, in other words cycle it.
Seems to be the way others have taken it.
However I think it works similar to tribulus, tongat ali and pine pollen from what I've read.
So try not to experiment too much imo. I think the list we have is a safe bet.
