    update.

    Sexual symptoms improving again after the down period for a while so happy about that. Hopefully I can reach a new baseline in the next few weeks . New herbs hopefully arrive soon.

    Im not taking the pine pollen consistently daily atm.Just every few days now.

    Sleep still the same

    Digestion better now(never a big problem but really good now)

    bought some licorice root. Is this ok to experiment with?

    It coincided with a downturn, maybe just a coindidence. I will add it daily in a week or so again

    I think its better to stick to the herb list but if you feel you must try it out,
    I suggest you limit it to only once or twice a week, in other words cycle it.
    Seems to be the way others have taken it.

    However I think it works similar to tribulus, tongat ali and pine pollen from what I've read.
    So try not to experiment too much imo. I think the list we have is a safe bet.
