He mentions what can help people and outlines the main bulk of the protocol. He explains how he did it for a while but doesn't do it anymore and he hasn't recovered.

I think his M.O. is to say PFS is permanent, but these are the things that have helped me...But yeah, I saw one video where he talked about breaking a five day water fast with Hardees..lol.
