I've used many, including holosync. I've been using the mindful solution a lot lately; it offers many good meditation techniques. I especially like the "stepping into fear" meditation. It's very effective when you have anxious and/or fearful thoughts

Thanks, do you find it easy to get into the meditative state without holosync?
Holosync costs so much and I'm wondering if it's actually worth it

Certainly not as easy since PFS.

Personally I wouldn't pay that much for a meditation program. There's cheaper alternatives out there, like lifelabs. You can even download some of holosync off piratebay and there's plenty of binaural beat meditations you can do on youtube.

The claims they make are a little ridiculous "meditate deeper than a zen monk at the push of a button" lol. Claims and aggressive marketing like this just strike me as red flags.

....that being said, I did find holosync helpful in the past. Here's the link on piratebay for download..

Thanks man, I thought the same, there's so much free stuff out there.
Pirate bay is always blocked in the UK I need to use proxies so that link doesn't work for me.

I'll try the mindfulness ones you linked and some binaural beats from YouTube I think.
