I was thinking that I'm the only female in this forum, now I know I'm not alone.
I workout at home for 2 years, about twice a week. Yoga and running around the blocks. A great transformation has been here! Not only help me to build a strong body but also benefit my mental health.
Sometimes I also do some resistance training at home, using the resistance bands and sliders.
Some trusted brand I use: Toplus, aloyoga
Iím working on a new me not because the old me is bad but because the old me can improve. - Toplus

Fun fact of the day. I have heard that these scammy things posted online are intentionally made with very poor grammar, and broken english...because if anyone responds to them they know that they have gotten a person that is uneducated, or gullible.

By writing them obviously as scams to the average person, it narrows in only on their target audience. Briallian really...It also would make sense that a person smart enough to make an online bot would know how to present it as genuine if they wanted to.

I've always wondered why they were so terribly written. I figured with any kind of Spam Bot nowadays (I've seen some emails in my line of work where people have been phished, that are pretty amazingly done) that they could have better posts. But this makes a lot of sense too.

It's humorous to read at least. Keeps this forum up lol.
