    KKND story and update thread (Need advice)

    I'm 26 yo 5'7 146 lb (used to be near 160lb before PFS happened), I live in California now. I have been on the drug from April 2016 to September 2017.

    I noticed a strong side effect (can not achieve erection, basically happend in really short time)during my trip to UK/CHINA. The week before I noticed the side effect I still had great sex with my gf.. but it just hit me so hard suddenly. I stopped the poison on 9/9/2017. After I stopped, nothing got better. I developed more symptoms like insomnia, sweat, depression, anxiety and heart beat fast when I move around. I did some blood test I will post below.

    I am not taking any medicines now and I am eating healthy (meat/veggie/not much carb). I do see some symptons get better recently. I have hard erection during sleep and after I wake up I could achieve erection without my hand. But in the afternoon it stays cold and dead. I could not achive any erection or erection would be super soft. My sleep is still bad but I can fall sleep (waking up every 2-4 hours). Sweating is still here (cold sweat).

    I am taking Vit B/C/D and L-airginine. I have not started any herbs yet. (just got all of them today)

    My first blood test was on 9/15/2017

    PRL 13.89 ng/ml 4.04-15.2
    T 11.92 nmol/l 8.64-29
    E2 72.15 pmol/l 94.8-223
    FSH 7.6 IU/L 1.5-12.4
    LH 5.6 iu/L 1.7-8.6
    PROG 1.3 nmol/l <4.3

    Second blood test was on 9/29/2017

    T is 261 300-1000 below normal now
    FT is 2.6% 1.3-2.9%
    FT calculation is 68 44-240
    SHBG is 13 10-60
    TSH 1.3 0.5-5
    Prolactin is 14.6 4-13
    LH 1.8 1-9
    FSH 7 1-19.4

    The third one was 10/5/2017 (only test a few thing)
    FT calculation 80 44-240
    LH 8.1 1-9
    FSH 10 1-19.3
    Total E 29 10-69
    E2 20 10-40
    Prol 8.3 1-13

    The 4th bloodtest on 10/16/2017
    FT calculation 77 44-240
    Total T 317 300-1080
    Vit D 31.5 >30
    FT percentage 2.4 1.6-2.9
    SHBG 17 11-80

    I am taking another blood recently. I am at 6th week off the drug now. I'm not sure if I should give more time for my body to recover or start the fast and herb cycle now? And I have both Low T and Low E instead of high E like most of guys here. I think my T is increasing since I am getting more erection recently ? The depression and anxiety is gone for about 2 week(I think mostly because I am not reading the horrible stories and looking into these recovery stories like cdnuts/chi/English etc). I need advice from you guys!!

    Also I have one question. Does any one have heart beat problem? I have normal heart beat rate when I am not doing anything (60-65/min) but when I walk or do light exercise it goes to 100 and I can feel it beating so heavily. And it will start to sweat (basically my skin does not feel hot but my body inside feel it is super hot). What could be possible reason for this? Does anyone have these symptoms and get better? I try to do exercise but this is really stopping me...

    Follo wthe program as much as you can. Its basically putting u in optimal condition to get better as soon as possible for your body.

    Cold showers
    Exercise( weights sprints HIIT)
    Mediation
    Diet( No Gluten)


    Sorry to hear what has happened to you. Its not easy but just fight on each day. Im only on the program a month but its really helped me mentally. I had my "good" moments with sexual symptoms but Iv learned its better to not really evaluate it them so much. Its a rollercoaster with its ups and downs but yea the program is the way to go.

    Hey Man,

    Thanks for the reply. For mental side effect, I think I am 95% recovered because I do not panic and not have any suicidal thoughts anymore, I can chill with friends and laugh now. It is just the sexual aprt is making me worrying.

    I have some questions regarding the diet. I am actually eating healthy now. I am not sure what I can eat or I can not. Some say carb is good but some say carb is bad... making me super confused.

    I am eating Beef liver/Egg/ juice(apple,banana,carrot,spinach mix) for breakfast
    Beef/spinach/veggies for lunch and chicken/fish/mashed potato/spinach for dinner

    what do you think?

    Your diet seems very good. How long have you been on such a diet?!

    Your diet is fine but you should add some variety.

    Eat your complex carbs at night, none during the day (aside from fruit in juices etc.) And make sure they are clean...potatoes, rice, non glutenous grains, etc.

    I just got my bloodwork back yesterday, which makes me anxious again. Becasue I thought I was going toward right direction.

    It shows my T goes from 261 to 317 in 16 days. My free T goes from 68 to 77
    My E2 is 20 in range of 10-40

    For now I can only achieve rock hard erection when I wake up in the midnight.

    Also my gf had h.pylori before, I do not know if I got that from her. I am doing a breath test soon next week to confirm that.

    I have not started water fast / herb yet. Do you have any suggestion on it? I have got tribulus/tongka ali/pine pollen/ horny goat weed. I can only do fast from Friday to Sunday due to my work. Is that enought? Or should I just do juice fast instead

    I started this diet about 2 weeks ago. I don't know if it helps me. I do got erection everynight now. During the day I can feel my penis 'trying to get up', sometimes it get to half size but soft. I can feel some libido but my penis could not get fully erected. Sometimes hand stimulation works but sometimes it does not. I think it might be low T becasue T is highest during sleep and decrease after we wake up?

    Also I have broken sleep pattern. I have to wake up multiple times every day. The best I can get is 3-4 hours with no waking up..

    Any advice?

    I have more than suggestions. I have a whole website explaining exactly what you should do.

    Why exactly are you anxious about your blood work?

    And honestly you shouldn't worry about any blood work or tests because regardless of what they say you're going to be doing the same thing.
