    it gets easier after your body goes keto I think. your body was used to a lot of carbs if I recall correctly. join a fasting group on fb / checkout loren lockmans vids on youtube. that's what I did. and my parents were cooking tons of stuff too lol

    you're very thin though how long were u planning on going for?

    I did the best to stay away from kitchen, when others cooked/ate. And also, later I liked only being the only one in the kitchen (crazy, obsessive rigid rules that I live by). This way I didn't need to worry about dropping/throwing the blender, or burning anything down. (Not joking).

    True,True, for FAT LOSS too., or avoidance of bad foods/drinks and wanting to be lean, recomposition, bodybuilding training, or other sports too.

    Hell that can work for quitting serious substances or alcohol or even smoking too.
    Rewiring habits over 21 days (more for something that lasted like 20yrs tho).

    I think you should've had a goal (seems like you didn't). if you don't it's too easy to give up when it starts getting hard. It was for sure one of the hardest thing I've ever done and probably one of the hardest things anyone can do.

    Not sure how much underweight you are. But, you can see my ribcage, I was ripped enough even after gaining 30lb after quitting fin, after losing 10 before. Fasting was worth it. I have large bone structure or whatever, but I know people trying to gain weight to fast. I thought this made no sense before, but I have seen some results in others getting better with ARL/TEI (not discussed here) and then fasting. I know others that were suicidal 247 like me, and like me... 7-10d water fasting just wasn't enough. No hunger mostly on day 3-4. In cleansing mode (basically). Autophagy may kick in then. Had I not stuck it out, I wouldn't be here writing this, but I was not severely underweight. maybe raw food diet or broths for a long time. Or juice feasting a long time... NO suicidal thoughts more than a second, and not often since then (extended fasts). Whereas before, it was quite severe. I can understand if 6'5 and 140lb or 120lb. There are variants on water fasting with one broth or similar meal, once in the day. Exact details of which, I am not sure. They are conducted in some eastern european countries (hospitals with fasting depts).

    ALSO* IF you must be admitted, that is way way better than causing yourself harm.

    True, distracting mind always staying busy helps. Making it sound easier than it is, but a lot know here what I'm talking about. Forest walks, always good. Music whenever I used to get too hyper or was in a bad mood, or had to run out. And rest is super important. Something I reluctantly, must admit is sorely lacking for me. Working on it.
    Staying out of your head is key. Exactly like @jacknap said.

    -WORST CASE: Microdose Lithium Orotate, will not hurt gains if 40-80% resolved. If you just fasted... not a good idea.

    by mental what do you mean? intrusive negative thoughts?

    meditation and the breathing helps when it's at it's worst. weather is decent and a forest walk will help as well. just check the weather and make sure it's not raining. staying in and overthinking is shit. I understand you think you need rest but you need to do things that bring you into flow and forgot about yourself imo

    I have not had good experiences with R-andro, but 4-andro makes me feel great. My doc agreed to monitor my progress and bloods while I do cycles of 4-andro. He suggested TRT but obviously I'm not going that route. Will update in a few months with my bloods... peace
    with 4 andro I do find it's suppressive. might be just as suppressive as TRT forewarning that's why I don't really want to use it anymore. luckily I bounced back after 3 weeks of cycling 200mg for 6 weeks tho with r-andro

    I haven't been using any hormones and don't really plan to. I might try androsterone again at some point but natural seems to be working out fine for me.

    Not much else to say really, my anxiety is under control but I do get a lot of fatigue. I can tolerate coffee a bit better now and a strong ice-coffee before my workouts turns me savage. Living near the beach and having a motorcycle certainly helps with the days of general shittiness. I think getting away from stress and doing stuff that makes you happy is half the battle with this shit.
