Androgen and the Switch

Hi guys,

This is the part 3 of a serie of 3 posts about a deeper look on our problem.

On genetics world, we have three critical elements: enhancers, promoters and silencers.

So, let's explain it on Androgen context:


-Promoter is a region wich will allow the expression, activity of androgens


-Silencers ( OFF ), they will turn off the promoter region, in lack of androgens the silencers are activated


-Enhancers ( ON ) will increase the Promoter's role

The 3 elements above, control the "strength" of gene expression, that is, the strength of androgen activity.

Steroids and Fina cause a deprivation of hormones ( due GnRH, LH, 5ar suppression ), this abscence of androgens will activate the Silencers, wich in turn will inhibit Promoter region ( this is modulation, but a bad modulation! ), are you seeing the damage this drugs do for us???

The ANDROGENS ARE THE "CLICK" TO TURN ON THE SWITCH!

We need to increase Enhancers, so, what bring enhancers to the game? Androgens, we need to increase it for a long period of time so that the Enhancers increase on a point we have great improvements on sexual area, increase this genetic element on a great amount and make they stick takes a lonnnnnng time. It's not rare see guys on TRT after some weeks (10 weeks for example) complain it is not taking effect...the time is your friend, we have seen on this forum guys recovering only after 10 months, 16 months and so on....

Like you have put Silencers on your body, you can put Enhancers! The major doctor won't look through this prisma, and on the first complaint of patient about TRT is not working in one month, they will change protocol saying the guy dont have a good response! Sadly!

1-Remember, our TRT protocol are androgens through herbs and R-andro!!

2-It doesnt matter if you put even 4.000 ng/dl on your body of testo, it wont work overnight, like if you take SSRI just 5 days,it wont work overnight!

Once androgens bind to Androgen Receptors, the Enhancers will increase over the long period of time, and you need to put these androgens level for another long period of time so that these Enhancers STICK! If you don't do that, the improvements will fade away like cloud!!!
