I'm still running on my Juice Feast, Final week of three. All seem to be going well.

I'm working on some paleo meal plans for when my feast complete. I would like to get your guys views on seasonings and spices for cooking. I'm a bit of a home chef and still see a lot of variety in the paleo diet that i can work with.

Smoked Paprika, Cumin, Oregano, Curry powder, are these sort of things paleo friendly?

Also i'm a sucker for hot sauce on my breakfast. Tabasco, Texas Pete, Tapatio... are these allowed?
