    Your protein intake

    How many grams per pound of bodyweight do you usually shoot for?
    Assuming lifting weights, doing HIIT etc

    Also, am I OK doing full body weightlifting 3 days per week as well as HIIT sprints 2 days or is this too much? Finding it hard to fit any HIIT into my full body schedule without over training the legs
