What high carb shakes are suitable for the protocol?

Is pro gain extreme ok from maxi nutrition?

If not what is recommended? I understand it would have to be a shake before bed.

Progain is a high quaility protein/carb shake. That I can get from England just found out it doesn’t contain any gluten and little sugars 6 grams per 120g serving

It looks fine. You just want to stay away from any artificial sweeteners or colors, etc.

I don't take carbs prework out as I get my carbs in during my backloads.

It's not that gluten isn't allowed for backloading, it's just a dietary allergen for most people which can cause issues, issues most people don't realize they even have until they remove it from their diet.

When you are recovering, you want to avoid any undue stress on your system or anything that can interfere with mental function, digestive function or hormonal function. Gluten can do all of the above. For this reason, it's recommended to be avoided while on the protocol.

Sorry CD silly mistake. I ordered £70 worth that will last a month so I’ll either sell it or just use it for a month then not bother getting it again.
