Training for upcoming events?

I plan on competing. Since a few of the guys i train with have/will compete(d)

That's cool. I can't though... too many injuries in the past that I don't want to come knocking on my door again.

Ahh yeah, about those . Guess that's why I need to do all of this stuff now right??? Lol.

I am stoked to throw stuff though, miss my old track n field days...
But I do have college eligibility left since I am full-time lol....
