Hey guys, here's a update as to where i'm at.

The last couple of weeks have not been that great for me. I've noticed a significant taper in libido. I've found it easier in the last few days to not look at porn and jerk off. I'm also noticing my penis has shrunk a bit, and my balls seems to be retracted into my body much more often. This has made taking cold showers difficult because my balls retract so much its painful. I have not woken up with an erection in about a week now.

Energy levels overall have dropped. Specifically at the gym.

Concentration levels are OK right now, as well as motivation. I have slight brain fog when at work. But when i'm home working on my own business I am able to focus well.

Here's where I stand with the protocol.
    -completely gluten free
-I allow myself a non-paleo friendly meal once or twice a week. last week I had gluten free pizza.
-I have not been doing body brushing
-I take cold showers every day
-I have a 10-day herb cycle that I am sticking to
-I have not been sunning my body or balls.
-I take spiralina and chlorella daily
-I have not done penis pumping
-I have jerked off about once every other day, despite trying not too
-I go to the gym and do body-weight exercises along with heavy listing, 8 minutes of cardio, and 6 minutes of HIIT.
-I have complete a 9 day juice cleans and am considering doing it again
-I have replaced my deodorant with xenoestrogen free deodorant, but have not followed up with my soap and hair products.

I went to the doctor today to get my blood work done. I've been feeling the following things.

    -fatigue
    -lethargic
    -no zest for life
    -libido is low
    -general apathy depression

I suspect that these symptoms are either PFS, or hypothyroidism. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism years ago, then retested and came back normal. I should have my blood work processed by late next week.

It really bothers me that I feel this way. It bothers me that i'm losing some of the enthusiasm I had for building my business and other exciting things in my life. I'm not sure if others have experienced this. I will keep this updated as I move forward.

You're experiencing PFS my friend. This is what it is. This is why guys give up and kill themselves. Because it's HARD.

Have you been doing the protocol 100%? If so, for how long?

Read the recoveries here. You need to stay positive now more then anything. It's not going to get better on it's own. Only YOU can do something about it.

CD, I am doing the protocol at about 80%.. I started the protocol the day I quit fin. The first few weeks after quitting I felt great. libido was back in HUGE force. it has been declining since then. I have been off fin for about 2 months.

I have no idea if it will get worst, stabilize, or improve from this point.

I know man...you already said this a few posts up.

My point is that it's still very early for you and what you're experiencing is to be expected. Doctors aren't going to do anything for you and the blood work isn't reliable at all except for you own information.

So my question is, why are you not doing ALL of it.? 100%? The more of it you do, the sooner you'll recover. Bottom line. You're going to have days and weeks where you feel good and you're going to have days and weeks where you feel like shit. This is par for the course.

So today was definitely better than yesterday. I began doing the Win Hof breathing method twice daily. I absolutely love it.

I felt way more "myself" today. Decent motivation to get out of bed, do some work, walk outside and visit a museum, and then hit the gym and do heavy deadlifts, cardio and HIIT.

I realized that I overdosed on coffee while I was working today. As I work I tend to pound coffee as if I was on some sort of work cocaine high. Towards the end I felt jittery, but my mood was great and I felt like I could do anything. Nice thing was that I didn't crash. I just tapered off. I stayed fairly energetic until the end of the day.

My diet consisted of cheese, some organic soppressata sausage, kale salad with chicken, blueberries, avocado, broccoli, lemon, and olive oil. Plant protein based shake with my daily mixed with whole milk. I am now post workout and will be treating myself to a gluten free pizza.

I will be ditching the plant based protein powder because I just realized it has soy in it.

I cant describe how shitty and "down" i felt yesterday. Physically lethargic, and emotionally apathetic. It was fucking bullshit. But I understand that some days will be a crap shoot. and that's fine. Thats part of the journey to progress.

I will be ditching my soap and toothpaste very soon. I will likely stop using soap alltogether and I will be buying xenoestrogen free toothpaste.

I am also seriously considering ditching coffee for a month again to see if it reduces my stress and general anxiety.

currently watching this. interview about a clinic called The Human Garage. very inspiring story about a clinic that approaches health in a holistic way.

No need to do cardio AND HIIT. The HIIT takes care of the cardio better then doing the cardio the traditional way.

Of course your anxiety levels will go down if you lower your caffeine intake, for sure. Or, you could add theanine to your coffee and get the benefits of the caffeine without the downsides.

Or, you could take a dose of Bacopa and Gotu Kola before drinking the coffee.

Or, try taking 3-4 grams of glycine in your coffee.

All of these methods will allow you to still use caffeine while avoiding the negative aspects of this substance.

The breathing exercises should be done DAILY. What you experienced is just a little taste. To get the most out of them, do the breathing exercises immediately before taking a freezing cold shower. The combination of the two is absolutely amazing.
