    Magnolia bark

    Anyone tried this? Is there any reasons not to take it? It sounds like an effective GABA agonist

    Current stack for mental problems:

    cold showers, breath work, meditation... etc
    l-theanine
    niacinamide
    albizia
    listening to music all day to drown out the FUCKING NOISE IN MY HEAD!!

    occasional dose of phenibut or benzo when it gets unbearable



    gotu and bacopa don't do it for me, valerian and passion flower are somewhat useful
