Sunny i started on .125mg went upto 1 mg slowly over two moths time and came back to .5mg after about a month or two ... and then stopped ... prami did give me very good libido ... but the sides of bad sleep made me quit it ...

definitely prami is useful , but its pharma and has its sides ...
there are herbs which can mock the results of prami , might not be as strong as prami and neither as quick ... but without sides ...

its like having a rock hard erection on viagra ... u will get the result but you also feeel the sides .. if you are not running low on time ... i would recommend you to cycle herbs for very benefit you require... the process is slow but effective long lasting and withoutsides and feels natural ...
